Innovation

A scientific breakthrough is only the beginning of delivering transformative solutions. Achieving real-world impact beyond the lab is translating discoveries into new technology and bringing them to market. The University of Chicago brings together the power of two U.S. Department of Energy National Labs and the Marine Biological Laboratory, world-class facilities at dozens of labs, institutes, and centers across campus, along with the business and entrepreneurial expertise of the Booth School of Business and support from the world-renowned Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation to transform ideas and discoveries into new products, services and ventures.
